BOOKINGS
GENERAL
By making a booking you are agreeing to abide by our cat care rules which can be found here:
PRICE
Our bookings price is a care cover charge. This goes towards the cost of trained and experienced cat care specialists who look after our cats full-time, it also enables us to have a larger space with fewer customers, which creates a more peaceful environment for our cats. Food and drink are reasonably priced at additional cost from our menu.
TIME SLOTS
Bookings are for a minimum of one hour. Please note if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your booking due to later guests arriving.
Please ensure you contact us directly if your group is over 6 people, if you do not there is a possibility that you may end up sharing tables with other guests.
Seats are released after 15 minutes, so please plan your route ahead of time and check for any known delays, if you know that you are going to be late please try to call us on 01797 330544 to make sure we keep your table for you.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a booking, and we hope that you will try to reschedule with us. To cancel please give as much notice as possible to allow another happy cat lover to take your place; email info@kikoscatcafe.co.uk or call us on 01797 330544.
REFUNDS
If you cancel 48 hours or more before the booking time, we can either reschedule or refund the amount paid, less a £1 admin fee to cover staff costs and credit card charges we incur. We are sorry but we do not offer any refund or exchange for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking, but you are able to transfer to another name in this case.
Special occasions and events may have separate booking terms, so please check your confirmation email when you make a special booking.
VIP MEMBERSHIP
The annual VIP card entitles you to a free visit to the cat cafe every month by using your unique booking code on our website. Your cat care cover charge is covered once each month and when you are here you get 10% discount on anything extra you spend, including our yummy food and drink (even takeaways). VIP card holders are the first to hear about news and private limited events, and priority booking to our busiest dates like Valentines’ day and bank holidays. Please ensure you have your VIP Membership card with you when you visit as it will be checked.
NO WARRANTIES
This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Kiko’s Cat Cafe makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Kiko’s Cat Cafe does not warrant that:
this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiko’s Cat Cafe in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
