house rules

1. Everyone must remove their shoes and wash their hands upon entry to the café. This helps us to ensure we uphold a clean and safe environment for our rescue cats and limits bacteria spread.

2. Please do not operate any doors. If you need to leave for any reason, please let a member of staff know - this is for the safety of our cats.

3. Please never pick up the cats.

4. Please do not feed the cats, some food may be harmful to them.

5. Be gentle with the cats. Please don't chase cats. If they walk away after you pet them, they are done being petted.

6. Cats sleep a lot. Please don't wake the cats and let them have happy dreams!

7. Please no shouting, running or jumping. This is not a playground.

8. Take lots of pictures! But please no flash.

9. We ask that children are supervised at all times and should not be left unattended at any point.

10. Children aged 4+ are welcome in the café.

11. Children aged 15 years old and under must be accompanied by someone 16+

12. There should be one adult per two children.

    Please note that guardians are responsible for the actions of their minors and should make sure they follow the rules. If the rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave the café.
