We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a booking, and we hope that you will try to reschedule with us.  To cancel please give as much notice as possible to allow another happy cat lover to take your place; email enquiries@kikoscatcafe.co.uk or call us on 01797 330544.

If you cancel 48 hours or more before the booking time, we can either reschedule or refund the amount paid, less a £1 admin fee to cover charges we incur. We are sorry but we do not offer any refund or exchange for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.

Please note that if you are a larger group of 8 or more, we require 5 days of notice in writing in email in order to reschedule or obtain a refund.

Special occasions and events may have separate booking terms, so please check your confirmation email when you make a special booking.
