No refund will be provided for cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. If notice is given before the 48 hour notice period, a full refund can be issued via gift card only.

Please note that if you are a larger group of 8 or more, we require 5 days of notice in writing in email in order to reschedule or obtain a refund.

Special occasions and events may have separate booking terms, so please check your confirmation email when you make a special booking.
